Love this section idea, well-being is such a huge vast topic and for me it’s simply anything that makes my heart smile, settle and feel calm.
I’ve been cold water swimming now for 3 years and absolutely love it.
When I can’t get to the lake I tempt a cold shower rinse! This somehow takes a little more effort from a mindful point of view, but EVERY

TIME
I feel more able to take on the day, as I’ve already beaten the mind chatter of doubt and won right at the start of the day :woman_cartwheeling:t3:
