On the days I’m feeling like not leaving the house, I force myself to put on some music…… I stand still, close my eyes and allow my breath to absorb deeply and fully.
My body will begin to move, jumps, shake, dance and play…… it’s a really great way for me to expel any pain and tightness in my body…. My body knows where she needs to stretch out so i trust in this :dizzy:
It does often also allow me to have an emotional release too, this is so freeing and empowering :pray:t3:
